Pricing FAQ

What if I exceed my monthly token limit?
The system warns you at 70%, 90% and 100%. Once exceeded you can: (1) buy a 1M token pack for €130, (2) auto-upgrade to the next plan (prorated for the rest of the cycle), (3) pause generation until the next cycle. The decision sits with your org admin.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Yes, anytime. Your knowledge base, assistants and conversation history migrate automatically. You only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle.
Is the setup fee one-time?
Yes. You pay once at the start of the engagement. It covers an AI Mapping workshop (identifying processes to automate), ingestion and optimization of your documents and configuration of assistants for your specific use cases.
Do you offer a free trial?
Instead of a standard 14-day trial (which usually ends without a real configuration), we offer a 30-day pilot for €1 on the Business plan. The price includes full onboarding, assistant configuration and a real test on your documents. After 30 days you continue or walk away - no commitment. The €1,150 setup fee does not apply during the pilot – it's only charged if you decide to continue with a full subscription after 30 days.
Can I pay against a VAT invoice?
Yes, on every plan. VAT invoice (with EU VAT ID), 14-day payment terms for Starter/Business, Net-30/Net-60 for Enterprise. We also accept credit cards (Stripe).
Can I run Ragen entirely on my own infrastructure?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We ship a Docker image, advise how to configure your environment (AWS, Azure, GCP or on-premise) and integrate with your IdP. Data never leaves your network. It's a popular choice for regulated industries: healthcare, finance, law firms.
What exactly does the €1,150 setup fee cover?
The setup fee is a one-time charge at the start of your full Business subscription (after the pilot). It covers: a 4-hour AI Mapping workshop with our consultant, ingestion and optimization of your documents into the knowledge base, configuration of 10 specialized AI assistants for your use cases, and setup of MCP integrations and SSO. The real value of this work is around €5,800 – the €1,150 price is part of our launch program.
